So today we set off on a walking tour that covered a church, a castle and a basilica. The basilica has relics of Saint Nicolas, as known as San a Claud. There was a full mass going on so we couldn’t view his body- which was ok with me. We did see a Christian martyr that was mummified- the only one apparently. We also saw a lot of “old ladies” making fresh pasta in the streets outside of their homes. Before you all think I am being rude with the old ladies comment, that is what our young Italian guide Donatello called them! Then spent the afternoon at the pool.
